Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method

Return Eligibility & Conditions
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tried on over underwear only

Hygiene liner fully intact

Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, perfume, smoke, detergent, or body odor

All original tags attached

Original packaging and eco cotton bag included
If your order included a promotional gift with purchase, the gift item must also be returned with the qualifying merchandise. If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items that do not meet our return standards may:
